182 leads and 30,000 impressions! Sounds like magic numbers, right? But hold up – not all stats are created equal.
The other day, a Realtor shared an email that promised big leads and impressive impressions. Sounds amazing, but let’s talk about what these numbers really mean because, honestly, some of it doesn’t matter.
As a Real Estate Marketing vet of 18 years, I wanted to shed some light on what really matters when it comes to these marketing metrics. Here are my thoughts:
Impressions – Like a billboard on the highway. People might see it, but does that mean they care? Nope.
Reach – How many actually looked at your ad? Less than you think.
Cost Per Lead (CPL) – Quality > Quantity. You got 182 leads… how many are real buyers?
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) – This is the real kicker. How much does it cost to close the deal?
Focus on what actually drives results!
