What are Facebook custom audiences, and which ones should you have in your real estate business?

Custom audiences is a fancy term for ‘custom list of people’. For example, Facebook can show this ad to all of my past clients (custom audience), or Facebook can show this ad to anyone who has engaged with my Facebook page in the last year.
These are 4 custom audiences EVERY Realtor needs to have set up in their FB business manager.

1. Website - create one audience for page on your website

2. Customer lists - upload past clients, old leads, homeowners most likely to sell

3. Instagram page - engage last 12 months

4. Facebook page - engage last 12 months
